Vitalize offers one-to-one Raw Food nutrition sessions in Chester. Emma will give you the knowledge and tools to understand how your diet is impacting on your health and work with you to put an enjoyable, practical and effective (and delicious!) plan in place that is tailored to your individual needs and helps you reach your health goals. This can include dietary and lifestyle changes and raw food supplements where appropriate.

Emma believes in adopting a nutritionally beneficial and sustainable way of eating rather than “dieting”. Emma will evaluate the root cause of any problems and not just symptoms. The ‘whole person’ is cared for holistically, tailoring a diet that is best suited to you.

More importantly, the changes we make are realistic and fit in to your lifestyle.

Emma’s passion for food and the healing effects it has on the mind, body and soul are what originally led her to start Vitalize and qualify in the field of holistic healthcare. The “normal” modern western lifestyle can have horrible effects on the body. Processed foods, refined carbohydrates, sugars and chemicals are part of most people’s everyday diet and unfortunately the side effects are becoming normal as well.

How many people do you know who suffer with niggling health issues, aches and pains, fatigue, headaches, stressed, anxious, depressed, sleep problems, weight issues, always catching colds and viruses? What is Raw Food...?

Raw, plant based living whole food, is food in its natural state. It consists of uncooked fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole sprouted grains, beans and legumes that have not been heated above 48° Centigrade. Raw, plant based living whole food can prevent and in many cases, reverse disease. A predominantly raw food diet will alkalise the body (many diseases require an acidic environment), and ease the digestive system, allowing the body to heal itself (as it was designed to) whilst providing maximum nutrition.
